Ixora Villa

Ixora is a spacious and inviting 4-bedroom villa featuring a large private swimming pool, tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac just off the Mount Irvine Golf Course. While the property is not directly on the golf course, it is only a 4-minute walk to the beautiful Grange Beach, located below the 18th green. It is just a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away from Mt Irvine’s beaches, both the private and public surfers beach.

Designed to make the most of Tobago’s tropical setting, the villa is bright, airy, and ideal for families or groups. The expansive, fully air-conditioned open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area opens onto an east-facing balcony overlooking the lush gardens and surrounding forest. A separate TV lounge also enjoys its own balcony with views of the swimming pool and garden, while the master bedroom features a private south-facing balcony.

The pool and outdoor space

The impressive private swimming pool measures 10m x 5m and includes a 2m deep end, making it perfect for both relaxing and swimming. Beside the pool is a permanent picnic table with benches beneath a large 3.5m teak umbrella, an ideal spot for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Sleeping arrangements

All four bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and feature private ensuite shower rooms and toilets.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a full-size electric oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Also on the lower level is a utility room with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.

Although the entire villa is air-conditioned, guests can also enjoy Tobago’s refreshing trade winds. The three furnished balconies provide comfortable outdoor spaces where you can relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.
